Key Responsibilities:

E-Learning and Digital Content Development

• Assist in the design of storyboards and produce interactive learning videos to support the delivery of PED courses.

• Assist in producing and editing audio, visual, and digital content.

• Create SCORM-compliant and/or xAPI-enabled e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

Educational Publications and Resource Development

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to design and develop educational resources for preschool children, including print and digital formats.

• Assist in education resource production, such as procurement and vendor selection, and project timeline management.

• Perform editorial tasks, such as fact-checking, copyediting, and proofreading.

 Cross-Team Support and Other Duties

• Participate in cross-functional or cross-divisional projects as needed.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for outreach, publicity, and event-related activities.

• Undertake other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department.

Job Holder Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, Arts and Social Sciences or related disciplines.

• Passionate about developing engaging educational content for preschool children and adults.

• Basic skills in audio and video editing (e.g., using tools like Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro or similar).

• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop) and/or educational publishing is an advantage.

• Good time management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects with tight or overlapping deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with different stakeholders.

• Effective bilingual communicator in English and Chinese/Malay/Tamil.

• Mature, positive and meticulous individual who is able to work independently under minimal supervision, and who is able to work well in a team setting

• Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
