Detailed Responsibilities and Duties

·       Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

·       Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory systems.

·       Organize and label items for easy retrieval and tracking.

·       Issue materials and tools to technicians based on project or service needs.

·       Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies or low stock levels.

·       Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

·       Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely stock replenishment.

·       Assist in stock-taking and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements:

·       Basic knowledge of storekeeping procedures.

·       Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks.

·       Responsible, punctual, and organized.

·       Able to use basic computer tools (e.g., MS Excel) preferred.
