PRIMARY ROLE:
Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow.
Organize and coordinate procurement activities for supplier, material and equipment.
Manage supplier delivery schedules and effectively establish and maintain delivery dates for proper inventory control.
Liaise with freight forwarder for overseas shipment.
Assist in resolving discrepancies with purchases or services, discusses defective or unacceptable goods/services with users, vendors, or inspectors to determine the source of the problem and the appropriate corrective action.
Match supplier invoice & delivery orders/service report against purchases orders
Daily Carrying out Logistic administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents of all deliverables, Purchase Orders, Incoming and Outgoing Order Cycle , Requisition Forms documents
Generating Monthly Logistics report i.e Stock Inventory, Shelf-Life, Temperature Control and Server Backup.
Apply workplace safety and health practices
Performing functions i.a.w Company’s Quality standards - i.e EASA / AS9100 and other regulatory requirement.
Any other tasks or duties assigned by the SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE/ PROCUREMENT MANAGER
