Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
· Below The Line (BTL) Marketing: Develop, execute, and measure direct, targeted marketing efforts aimed at a specific group of customers/consumers
· Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for aviation services (pilot training, maintenance services, charter, FBO, Hangar66 and related businesses).
· Coordinate with commercial team to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
· Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing and sales strategies.
2. Digital Marketing & Analytics
· Monitor and report campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
· Manage and update website content, landing pages, and SEO/SEM efforts.
· Create and schedule engaging content for aviation audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and aviation forums.
· Manage and update CRM database, track leads, and assist in follow-up marketing communications.
3. Content Creation & Storytelling
· Write and design newsletters, e-blasts, and blog posts relevant to the aviation industry.
· Develop and deliver compelling brand stories and marketing narratives across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns, brochures) to connect with target audiences and drive engagement.
· Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing materials.
4. Creative Design & Visual Assets
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (and other Adobe Creative Suite tools) to design engaging marketing materials, including digital graphics, event collaterals, social media content, and promotional assets.
· Support product launches and promotional initiatives with creative content.
5. Market Research & Industry Intelligence
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
· Support aviation event marketing such as trade shows, seminars, airshows, and open houses.
· Work with the events team to manage logistics, promotional material, and post-event follow-up.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Aviation Management, or related field.
· 1–3 years of marketing experience; aviation or high-technical industry experience preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and design or marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
· Good understanding of aviation terminology, trends, and customer segments is a plus.
· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
