As a Assistant Manager, Operations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Manager and teams in coordinating clinic operations and resource planning.

• Ensure cost-effective manpower utilization and smooth daily clinic activities.

• Assist in implementing national initiatives like Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG.

• Drive service excellence and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and facilities.

• Contribute to planning and executing strategies to enhance work processes.

• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure integrated care delivery.

• Work with other polyclinics and HQ on manpower, training, digital transformation, and emergency planning.

• Play a meaningful role in advancing primary healthcare in Singapore.
