We are seeking an experienced Flavourist to join our growing flavor company on both a part-time and a possible full-time basis. This role offers the perfect opportunity for seasoned professionals to apply their expertise while maintaining work-life flexibility.

Position Overview

You will manage our flavor development initiatives and provide technical expertise to support our expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify flavors based on client specifications and market requirements

• Oversee sample request process from technical evaluation to final delivery

• Conduct sensory evaluation and ensure flavor consistency across batches

• Provide technical consultation and flavor application guidance to clients

• Maintain detailed formulation records and development protocols

• Research new flavor trends and ingredient technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in flavor development or food science

• Strong background in sensory evaluation and flavor chemistry

• Experience with various flavor applications (beverages, bakery, confectionery, etc.)

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
