Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth and build client relationships in the flavor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in food and beverage industry
Listen actively to understand customer challenges and identify their specific flavor needs
Build consultative relationships by asking the right questions and providing tailored solutions
Work with our Technical Team to provide solutions for clients
Present flavor solutions and conduct product demonstrations
Coordinate sample requests and follow up on client feedback
Solve customer problems through creative flavor applications and technical support
Achieve sales targets and attend industry events
Maintain accurate sales records and provide market feedback
Follow up consistently and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years proven B2B sales experience
Experience in food ingredients, chemicals, or related industries preferred
Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer pain points
Consultative selling approach with problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
Valid driving license preferred

Working hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
