Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all functions within the Quality Department.

• Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) complies with AS9100 and ISO13485 standards, including audit readiness and participation.

• Oversee document control and maintain comprehensive quality records across the organization.

• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure timely calibration of all measuring and inspection equipment.

• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate with clients on quality-related issues.

• Support inspection processes and operate or supervise the use of equipment such as CMM and Smart Scope.

• Interpret technical drawings, apply GD&T principles, and communicate quality requirements with vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within a precision manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as PPAP, SPC, GD&T, inspection, and calibration processes.
