About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at SENTRON ENGINEERING (S) PTE LTD' in the North-East Region. This full-time role will involve providing vital support in the surveying and cost management of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Review and verify the subcontractor & supplier claim and prepare payment certification.

• Coordinate with vendors and sub contractors

• Prepare progress Claim and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.

• Attend project commercial meeting

• Leading a team of quantity surveyors to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Request quotation from supplier

• Assist project team to prepare submission document, material submission, and operation Maintenance Manual.

• Online tender submission

What we're looking for

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• At least 8 to 12 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage

• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively

• Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
