Job Scope:

• Handle all purchasing tasks from start to end

• Assist in creating and updating purchase orders based on project needs

• Review and compare prices, products, and services before buying

• Source and add new suppliers when needed, following proper procedures

• Keep supplier contracts updated and well-organized

• Buy machinery spare parts and materials from local and overseas suppliers

• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate with overseas suppliers and monitor delivery/shipment status

• Prepare and send tax invoices, quotations, and purchase orders

• Update purchase orders in the system regularly

• Manage stock levels and support delivery for project materials

• Maintain good relationships with new and current suppliers

• Negotiate prices and place orders with local and international vendors

• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and shipping schedules

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing, especially in machinery parts or related industries

• Familiar with purchasing systems or Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus

• Quick learner who is responsible, organized, and has good communication skills

• Handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
