 Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as L&D Executive

 Responsibilities

• Handle L&D functions such as course registration, monitor training budgets, evaluate training outcomes and identify training needs etc.

• Develop learning content and materials for new hire orientation programmes and enhance the onboarding experience by analyzing data and feedback

• Liaise closely with educational institutions regarding internship, professional attachment and scholarship programmes etc.

• Manage training grants documentation and submission

• Maintain accurate training records, including reporting to management and responding to government training related surveys

• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field

• Minimum 2 years experiences in L&D functions

• Effectively Bilingual
