Job Scope:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve the targeted trade mix.

• Manage all leasing matters including enquiries, site viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and related administrative tasks.

• Create marketing materials and distribute promotional circulars.

• Stay informed on current trends and developments in the retail industry.

• Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, and monthly performance reports, ensuring targets are met.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing campaigns and enhance tenant relationships.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
