As an Associate Executive, Anaesthesia, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintain and update clinician leave records and the department’s online leave calendar.

• Process leave applications and manage the monthly update of contact lists.

• Assist in form creation, approvals, and vendor coordination for design work.

• Handle procurement, payments, and claims processing for the department.

• Submit training records for medical staff and assist in performance assessments.

• Manage IT asset inventory and oversee pantry supplies, including orders.

• Organize catering for department events and meetings.

• Provide secretarial support for leadership meetings, including presentations.

• Assist with mail distribution and cover team duties as needed.

• Perform any other assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “A” level or Diploma.

• Preferably 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry.

• Good knowledge on use of PC software and application.
