Summary Benefit :

• Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500

• 5 Days work, Office hours

• Location : Northeast

• AWS + VB + Incentive + Allowance

Responsibility :

• Promote and market available properties to potential tenants

• Handle leasing inquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective tenants

• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field

• Candidate with relevant experience will have added advantages
