Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development and compensation & benefits.
Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement.
Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.
Lead and/or support HR projects and initiatives to support overall HR workplan.
Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR or L&D preferred
Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
