Job Scope

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures for incoming precision metal components

• Conducting supplier audits, product inspections, and testing to verify conformance to specifications

• Analysing quality data and collaborating with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues

• Providing technical guidance and training to production teams on quality standards and best practices

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

• Maintaining comprehensive quality records and generating reports for management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or supplier quality role within the manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and failure analysis techniques

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement projects
