Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Executive to support both human resource and accounting functions. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys variety and can independently manage operational responsibilities across HR and finance.
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and exit processes
Handle monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS claims, maternity/childcare leave, etc.)
Maintain HR records, leave and attendance tracking, and staff training documentation
Oversee employee benefits administration and incentive programs
Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and company policies
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Coordinate internal HR audits, statutory surveys, and employee engagement initiatives
Accounts
Manage accounts payable functions including invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor coordination
Assist in monthly and year-end closing, including reconciliations and report preparation
Support sales data reconciliation, bank transactions, and general ledger entries
Liaise with auditors and support budgeting, stock-related documentation, and financial analysis
