Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach and market analysis.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to win key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain strong connections with end users, contractors, and influencers, both directly and via distributors.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate updates in CRM systems.
Set sales targets and forecasts for the SEA data center market.
Guide distributors on pricing, quotations, and project strategies.
Support strategic partnerships to expand product and market reach.
Provide technical and marketing support for data center solutions.
Analyze market data and present insights to senior management.
Represent the company at trade events and contribute to technical content creation.
Act as a subject matter expert in data center power systems and standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with sales experience in power generation.
Up to 50% travel required.
Proven success in both direct and channel sales.
Strong communicator, negotiator, and team player.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with frequent travel.
