Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Electrical Engineer to support the Technical Engineering Section Manager in overseeing plant equipment maintenance activities. The role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance, improving equipment performance, and mentoring technicians while exploring new technologies to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) programs for plant equipment.

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks, vendor evaluations, equipment upgrades, and ensure accurate technical documentation.

• Train and guide new and existing technicians in technical processes and best practices.

• Develop and monitor KPIs and condition monitoring systems for critical equipment.

• Optimize maintenance strategies for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Lead or support ECR (Engineering Change Request) meetings and follow through on improvement actions.

• Liaise with vendors on technical issues and equipment matters.

• Set and maintain standards for equipment and spare parts.

• Attend and resolve complex equipment troubleshooting, including root cause analysis when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance.

• Good knowledge in:

  • Digital control systems and PLC troubleshooting

  • Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems

• Able to perform hands-on technical work when required.

• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
