SENIOR SALES ENGINEER (Construction Equipment – Parts & Services) - #1105842

JOB SCOPES
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment to customer needs
• Promote parts and services
• Act as the main point of contact for all parts and service-related matters
• Monitor and follow up on job progress
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
• Visit customer sites regularly to build trust and identify opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the construction industry
• Strong background in selling or supporting equipment parts and services
• Well-versed in the local construction market
• Knowledge of key players in construction equipment trading and leasing
• Familiar with major upcoming construction projects
• Possession of own vehicle is advantageous, or must be willing to lease one
• Experience working with construction equipment dealers or trading companies will be an advantage

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
• Basic Salary: SGD 5,000 – SGD 7,000 (adjustable for highly qualified candidates)
• Transport Allowance: Monthly claimable
• Incentives: commissions (monthly-based) + performance bonus (historical average: 3 months or more)
• Leave Entitlement: 16 days annually, increasing up to 21 days
• Health Coverage: Medical benefits extended to immediate family
• Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (visit customers mostly, not office-bound)
