Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.

  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and project coordination as required.

  • Provide timely updates, sales reports, and insights to the HOD.

  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in marine, construction, or manufacturing industries.

  • Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent requirements efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Experience in handling ship supply services will be an added advantage.
