Urgent: Process Engineer, Precision/EDM/Wire cut - #1105818

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for new product introductions and enhance current operations to boost quality and efficiency.

• Conduct feasibility assessments and cost evaluations for manufacturing initiatives.

• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and applying lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.

• Ensure all manufacturing activities align with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Offer hands-on technical assistance to production teams, addressing process challenges and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Train and guide production staff on new procedures and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally within the precision engineering industry.

• In-depth understanding of precision engineering processes, materials, and machinery.

• Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulatory compliance in precision engineering

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, especially SolidWorks and MasterCam
