Warehouse cum Production Supervisor - #1105800

This position is responsible for supervising two key operational areas: packaging and warehouse. The role requires effective coordination of daily production packaging activities and oversight of warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate must have prior experience leading teams of more than 20 operators, with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage resources, enforce compliance, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staffs involved in packaging products and materials for storage and shipment.

• Review production orders to determine packaging specifications, including product type, quantity, and appropriate carton boxes and materials.

• Ensure manufacturing goals set by management are met through effective organization, planning, and staff performance optimization, both in the short and long term.

• Oversee the quality of packaged products and ensure timely execution of the production and shipment schedule with optimal yield.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline warehousing and logistics operations for continuous improvement and added value.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Material management, Logistic management or a related field.

• At least 4 years' experience in a production environment is required for this position.

• Proven experience in supervising a team of more than 20 people.

• Experienced in packaging equipment operation, quantitative checking and marking operations.

• Knowledge of ERP inventory management system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.

• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
