MANAGER, ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD) - #1105713

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives to engender excellence at the enterprise, process and system level to achieve a highly engaged workforce and an effective organisation’s culture

• Facilitate organizational level diagnosis and implement targeted intervention to address human capital gaps

• Work with Management and key stakeholders to support processes to ensure alignment of Vision, Mission and Core Competencies

• Develop and implement structured leadership and staff development programmes to build the effectiveness and capacity of staff

• Facilitate and train staff in providing solutions for improvement projects

• Develop frameworks and tools to strengthen staff development, succession planning, and talent engagement.

• Drive workforce insights through staff surveys, focus groups, and change readiness assessments.

• Support structured onboarding; staff communication sessions; reward and recognition scheme; and learning initiatives

• Manage the development of a staffs’ skills and competencies framework to support structured career pathways

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 5-7 years of working experiences in the areas of organisation development, human and organisational behaviour, change management, organisational excellence or equivalence

• Excellent facilitation, written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical; interpersonal; influencing; stakeholder management and project management skills

• Passionate about making a positive difference, empathetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, meticulous and creative

• Ability to work independently, multi-task and has good leadership skills

• Prior work experience as Management Representative, Business Excellence Assessor and/or OD consultant will be an added advantage

• Familiar with healthcare regulations and workforce development frameworks in Singapore.
