Senior BIM coordinator/ Junior BIM manager for A1 Main con

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the overall management of a team of BIM modeller.

• Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project manager

• Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow

• Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines

• Ensure relevant latest standards, codes and procedures are applied to all drawings

• Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues

• Any other duties as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Architectural or Civil Structural Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in local projects.

• Familiar with the local codes of practice, relevant regulations and working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures

• Proficient with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, Naviswork, etc.
