REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with marine diesel engines*

• Basic English communication skills

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Applicants without experience should have an Engineering degree from a Singapore-based college or university

JOB SCOPE

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of marine diesel engines

• Lead and guide a team of technicians on-site

• Liaise with customer representatives regarding engine issues and updates

• Report work progress to the manager regularly

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Shipyards

• Onboard vessels (Engine rooms)

• Workshops

• No seagoing/ No regional travelling

BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: SGD 3,800 – 5,000/month

• Overtime Allowances applicable

• Performance Bonus: Historical average of 3 months or more

• Annual Leave: Starts at 16 days, increasing progressively to 21 days

• Medical coverage: Includes immediate family members

• Working Hours:

  • 5 days/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Overtime is common: Expect 2–3 hours on weekdays and 1 Saturday per week

• Transport: Company buses available for pick-up and drop-off across Singapore
