JOB SCOPES:

1. Tender Management

• Oversee tendering contract.

• Prepare, review, evaluate tender documents.

• Ensure submissions in accordance to SOP.

• Arrange tender briefing.

• Advise Tender Committee.

1. Procurement

• Process purchase orders.

• Source competitive proposal.

• Ensure a stable and competitive supplier base.

• Drive procurement cost reduction.

• Ensure new vendors are pre-qualified.

1. Support

• Support on vendor registration.

• Assist in vendor audit and performance evaluation.

• Conduct stock takes and support audits.

• Administrative works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of relevant experiences.

• Good to have academic background in either Business or Engineering.

PACKAGE:

• Basic start from SGD 3000 - 4000.

• Historical Annual Bonuses of 3 months and above.
