Job Summary:

• Basic up to $3200

• 5 days

• AWS+OT+VB

• West Area

Job Scope:

• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all production equipment and facility systems.

• Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and enhance manufacturing processes.

• Respond to and follow up on repair requests from various departments within the organization.

• Maintain accurate records for maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor running hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related documentation.

• Perform daily start-up checks and ensure proper functioning of production and facility equipment.

• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of facility services, including air conditioning systems, fire protection (sprinkler) systems, plumbing, electrical power, and lighting.

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks.

• Conduct weekly Single Point Lessons (SPLs) or hands-on training sessions for production operators to promote equipment understanding and operational safety.
