Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
To assist the Operations manager to oversee daily operation of the HR department in these areas:
HR Administration
- Manage and handle daily HR functions using HRMS (management of employees’ records, leaves matters, claims, timesheet and other HR administrative matters)Recruitment and Selection
- To assist in the recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling and conducting of interviewsEmployee Onboarding
- To help with the application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- Prepare all employment-related documents required during onboarding, periodic performance assessment, disciplinary-related and clearance mattersEmployee Engagement
- To handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote positive employee relations through effective communication and fostering a respectful work environment.
Job Requirements
Min NITEC/DIPOLMA in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
Preferably 2 year of HR experience, Entry Level are welcome to apply.
IT Savvy and comfortable with the use of HRMS and Microsoft Office.
Meticulous, independent, initiative with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
