Urgent: NPI/Product Engineer (MNC/East) - #1105821

Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and material change processes, ensuring smooth implementation with both local and overseas cross-functional teams

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification efforts within the manufacturing plant

• Provide operational support during mass production phases

• Well-versed in developing and maintaining BOM structures

• Lead or actively contribute to Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives

• Participate in internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

• Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work closely with customers, factory teams, and all levels of the organization

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring high levels of accuracy in work

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects successfully
