Responsibilities
- Review customer RFQs, technical specifications, and conduct site surveys to identify project requirements.
- Develop technical solutions using systems such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, etc.
- Prepare detailed proposal documents including technical descriptions, system architecture, BOM, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to estimate cost, delivery timelines, and assess risks.
- Conduct internal technical and cost reviews to optimize proposals and obtain management approval.
- Support Sales Account Managers by addressing technical queries and clarifications from customers.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in proposal, technical sales, or sales support roles within the industrial automation and control sector.
- Familiarity with DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems), and IEC 62443 standards will be an advantage.
