Job Descriptions:
Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Plan customer visits and meetings, as well as provide technical support to customers
Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to expand market reach
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Maintain and update sales progress reports
Meet sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by management
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electrical engineering and/or building management industries.
Experience in selling semi-finished products (industrial connectors, electrical components and connectors, terminal blocks, or automation solutions) is preferred
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts
Resourceful, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated and Sales-Driven
Possess own vehicle will be added advantageous
Willing to travel overseas for business reasons
