Assistant, Early Careers & Employer Branding

Location: Changi
1-Year Contract
Salary: UP TO $3,000/month (depending on experience)

Join the Early Careers and Employer Branding team to support youth engagement, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to help shape future talent pipelines and amplify the company’s presence as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Early Careers Programmes

• Support the full lifecycle of the Organisation Scholarship Programme and internship programmes, from recruitment to onboarding

• Assist in planning and executing early careers events such as on-campus fairs, award ceremonies, and workshops, including communications, logistics, and coordination tasks

Employer Branding

• Coordinate key branding events like networking sessions, learning journeys, and Aviation Open House

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Comms team, employer brand ambassadors, and recruiters to update CAG’s Careers and LinkedIn pages

• Assist in content creation (web/print) for branding campaigns

• Help roll out employer brand advocacy initiatives among employees

• Support branding strategies, including writing for audits, awards, and articles

Note: This role does not involve direct recruitment for full-time campus hires.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with digital marketing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, websites)

• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Experience in campus engagement or events coordination is advantageous

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently
