What you'll be doing?

• Project Planning: Implement and provide directions in project planning, ensuring overall progress aligns with scheduled timelines.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, and Building Management to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges.

• Multi-Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills when faced with obstacles.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans, drawings, and contract specifications.

• Meeting Attendance: Participate in weekly site meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns.

• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with workshops and subcontractors for timely delivery of products and installation works.

• Procurement Oversight: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project operations efficiently.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and invoicing, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Who are they looking for?

• Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with an interior design firm background.

• Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a good attitude and a strong sense of responsibility in all aspects of work.

• Educational Background: Holds a Diploma or Degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, and Alternate Half Saturday is required

• Office Location: Woodlands Industrial Park E9, Singapore 757047

• Salary: $3400 - $4500
