JOB RESPONSIBILITES
· Ensure maintenance and compliance to ISO procedures and local statutory requirement
· Prepare purchase orders and liaise closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
· Execute expertise in cost comparisons to meet the Operations’ requirement with the interest of company in terms of quality and service
· Assist to source for new competitive quotes from supplier
· Assist to prepare monthly report for management
· Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Business Administration Preferred 2-3 Years relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
· Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers, ability to resolve issues
· Possess analytical skills, able to justify purchases with figures
· Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Words, Excel)
· Process good interpersonal, and coordination skill is crucial in this position as main task will be executing festive season project
· Team Player with the ability to work independently with good organizing skills
PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE MANDARIN IS A MUCH
PURCHASE ORDER TO COMMUNICATE WITH SPEAKING CHINESE IN ASSOCIATE
