Process Technician – Compounding
Description
Responsible for accurate compounding for liquid and powder components which include mixing jobs.
Receive Work Orders and work on WO according to schedule or orders from superiors.
Perform compounding with the correct and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Perform cleaning of utensil, tanks, racks, drums’ top and mopping floor during entire shift when needed.
Refer to SDS before carrying out compounding jobs.
Check and ensure required components are in proper weight and temperature using weighing scales and refrigeration.
Continuously review and improve the production area housekeeping, ensuring that it is always organized and clean.
Ensure raw materials and finished goods are properly identified, properly labelled, and on the appropriate shelves.
Requirement:
Wear gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes and overall/jumpsuit during work.
No smell and skin allergy to F&F chemicals.
Able to work in a team and ready to work shifts.
Able to read weighing scales and convert between gram and kilogram.
Able to handle load up of 25kg to 100kg if needed (trolleys and other loading equipment’s available).
Min O level, with working experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage.
One year contract - Renewable
Basic salary $1,700 , one month completion bonus and shift allowance
Morning shift(7:00am - 3:30pm), allowance $6
Afternoon shift(2:30pm - 11:00pm), allowance $14
Night shift(10:30pm - 7:00am), allowance $28
