Your Role:

• Perform venepuncture procedures safely and efficiently, ensuring patient comfort.

• Communicate with patients and staff professionally and empathetically.

• Accurately label and dispatch specimens for laboratory analysis.

• Maintain proper records via Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Follow infection control protocols and escalate issues when necessary.

• Assist in orienting new staff and participate in service improvements.

We’re Looking For:

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC or Higher NITEC

• Phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution (required)
