Our Client:

• Automotive Industry

• Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Sat : 9.00am - 3.00pm

• East - Loyang

• Company Transport at Pasir Ris MRT

• Basic UP $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers about their car issues and recommend services or repairs

• Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians

• Keep customers updated on service progress and timelines

• Manage daily service appointments and intake of vehicles

• Make sure customers have a smooth experience from arrival to car collection

• Help the workshop team stay on track with customer expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level

• No experience is required, training will be provided
