Key Responsibilities:
Drive online sales through various e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and company websites.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s digital sales presence.
Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine
strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
To support any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Should have experience working on Redmart or Amazon tools
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role with proventrack record of managing campaigns, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, social media, and affiliate
partnerships.
Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Willingness to explore and adopt new technologies to drive engagement and growth.
