Responsibilities:
Manages service improvements for all windows services.
Drive technically, any complex or high severity incidents that occur within the scope of their role.
Facilitates transformation projects and suggest future directions for new areas of improvement and change.
Responsible for problem management and resolution.
Provides technical direction, supports services to maintain the availability and reliability of system infrastructure in accordance to the SLA,
Focuses on automation and optimum use of the team to improve efficiency,
Drives and delivers root cause for any high severity issue,
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
4 years of experience in managing Windows Security threats & vulnerabilities management - analysis, remediation fix assessment & validation, and mass deployment of fix across impacted infrastructure.
Hands-on knowledge of Tenable Security Center or other vulnerability management tool
Own, manage and report the threats & vulnerabilities in the Windows security landscape including the bare-metal servers.
Conduct cyber risk assessment in support of technology initiatives to help identify IT related risk and determine appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
Monitor, track, and manage risk mitigations and exceptions and ensure adequate monitoring capacity is incorporated into solutions.
Subject matter expert on core technologies – Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Windows 2019 Hyper-V and Microsoft Failover Clustering.
Working hours - Staggard Hours 2pm to 11pm/3pm to 12am/ 4pm to 1am/ 5pm to 2am.
