Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Supervise and manage the clinic operation team to maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency.

Team Supervision and Collaboration:

• Supervise a team of non-executive operations/ancillary staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Foster effective collaboration with other departments, clinics, and service partners to support seamless patient care delivery.

• Facilitate the implementation of new initiatives aimed at improving clinic operations and patient services.

Administrative and Operational Duties:

• Handle administrative tasks related to clinic operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.

• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic operations, retail/F&B management or any healthcare setting

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices will be added advantage
