Job Responsibilities:
Proposing and identifying training programs that align with strategic goals and budget requirements
Monitor and track the allocated learning and development budget to ensure effective utilization.
Provide guidance and support to departments in the implementation of their departmental learning plans as needed.
Administer and manage all sponsorships and bond agreements related to external short courses, educational programs, and professional development initiatives when required.
Review, design, and implement learning and development policies, frameworks, systems, processes, and programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and practical application.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
