Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Efficiency and Support
Manage and streamline day-to-day administrative operations across all departments.
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing (both digital and physical).
Coordinate with HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless administrative processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the liaison between different departments for administrative support needs.
Assist operational teams (e.g., Queen’s Coffee, Central Kitchen, Toast Box, BreadTalk) with documentation, scheduling, and internal communication.
Compliance and Office Standards
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain records for inspections, audits, and licenses in coordination with relevant departments.
Project and Event Support
Provide administrative support for division-wide projects, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.
Track project timelines and ensure timely submission of deliverables
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain organized records of correspondence, meetings, and key administrative activities.
Prepare regular administrative reports and summaries for management.
Assist in creating presentations, reports, and internal communications as required.
Key Requirements:
Education and Certifications
O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry or manufacturing.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Solid understanding of operational processes in F&B outlets, production kitchens, and support functions.
