Our client is one of the leading producers of air conditioning devices and is currently seeking a Senior Regional Sales Engineer to join their team.

【Responsibilities】
- Plan and achieve sales objectives and monthly sales targets
- Conduct presentations to the clients with basic knowledge of BMS
- Present and introduce products and services with in-depth knowledge
- Create value for customers with the company's solution
- Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
- Handle affiliates' complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
- Manage good customer relationships with existing clients
- Prepare sales and delivery orders, update the delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on time
- Prepare project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of BMS sales experience (Building Management System)
- Experience in managing or leading a team
- Experience working within the HVAC/Air-conditioning /Building services/Engineering industry
- Strong salesmanship, customer-oriented oriented and results-focused
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel within the APAC region (up to 50%)

(Advantageous)
- Available to start on short notice
- Prior experience working in a Japanese company
