Locations: Singapore Changi Airport

Working Hours & Days

• 5 days work, 2 days off

• Store hours:

  • AM shift: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM

  • PM shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AM

  • Mid shift: 10:45 AM – 8:30 PM

• Note: Transport claims are available for shift work.

About the Role

• Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment.

• Accompany customers during their mesmerizing brand journey through our world of wonder.

• Create emotional connections and provide spellbinding experiences.

• Anticipate customer needs and share inspiring styling tips.

• Showcase and present our legendary products.

• Process sales accurately with POS systems, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions in line with company policies.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and conduct regular inventory checks.

• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Support store safety and sanitation procedures to foster a secure environment.

About You

You are passionate about fashion and luxury brands, with:

• An excellent sense of style and a genuine passion for jewerly’s products.

• Experience or keen interest in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.

• Highly motivated with a strong customer service focus.

• Dedication and target-driven attitude.

• Willing to develop your career and grow with us.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
