• Create detailed BIM models for electrical systems, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and cabling systems.

• Coordinate and manage electrical system data within the BIM model.

• Assist with the planning and coordination of electrical installations, ensuring all models and drawings are properly integrated with the overall project design.

• Support project teams in scheduling, budgeting, and project planning by providing accurate BIM data and reports.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems are correctly integrated into the broader building design.

• Maintain consistent quality control of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and company protocols.

• Participate in meetings with clients, project managers, and other team members to discuss project progress and model revisions.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

• Proven experience with BIM software such as Revit for electrical systems.

• Experience in creating electrical drawings and understanding of electrical systems design and installation.

• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the construction industry.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.

• Experience working in the subcontracting environment is preferred.
