Our client is seeking an Archi BIM Modeller cum Co-ordinator (2-Months Contract) to join their team!

Join our client's team for a 2-month contract role where you'll play a crucial part in coordinating and resolving design and construction issues in real-time. What you'll be doing?

• On-site support: Provide crucial assistance in ongoing coordination and real-time resolution of design and construction issues.

• Independent work: Demonstrate your ability to take instructions and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Cross-disciplinary coordination: Collaborate effectively with BIM coordinators from other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.

• Clash detection: Utilize your expertise to identify and assist in resolving clashes during site construction, minimizing delays and optimizing efficiency.

• BIM model maintenance: Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy up to the as-built stage.

Who are they looking for?

• BIM expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Structure and Archi BIM modeling, with a preference for candidates holding a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling.

• Relevant experience: Bring at least 6 years of experience in the related field, showcasing your depth of knowledge and practical skills.
