Information & Working Hours:

• Commit min 3 Days per week! Long term Part Timer!

• Mondays – Fridays (8:15am - 6:30pm)

• Saturday (8:15am to 1pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Man the front counter, welcome walk-ins, register customers, and manage queues using a case management system or manually if needed

• Attend to phone and email enquiries, and follow up on escalated calls and messages

• Attend to enquiries, provide Information & Referral services, and assist with form filling and printing

• Manage challenging customer interactions professionally and effectively

• Assist staff with tasks such as data entry, printing and mailing letters, and setting up videoconferencing equipment when required

• Perform daily setup, check supplies, and ensure the service center is ready for operations

• Need to be roving around different offices depending on manpower planning

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level with prior experience in customer service support is an advantage

• Pleasant and professional demeanor with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in a second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of clients from diverse background
