Sales Support Engineer (Industrial Pipes, Valves & Fittings) - #1105288

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)

• Location: Woodlands

Job Scope:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and propose tailored solutions; keep clients updated on delivery schedules and any changes

• Proactively identify areas to improve products and services

• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and internal teams during client meetings

• Respond to inquiries and provide precise, well-prepared quotations

• Manage the complete order process using SAP/MRC Global systems

• Oversee documentation and certification processes while tracking project milestones

• Prepare and maintain reports related to delivery timelines, outstanding documents, and tender activities

• Support tender submissions, ensuring all documents align with customer requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering studies or with relevant experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)

• Familiarity with the oil & gas industry or working with major accounts

• Able to read drawing
