Job Description:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor equipment, PLC systems and software.
Perform on-site installation, continuous improvement programs, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairs on equipment
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer on both administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Respond to customer complaints, providing timely solutions to resolve issues.
Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and feedback on customer service requests
Report common customer complaints to management for future reference and resolution.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience on site
Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering
Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
Availability to work or be on standby during after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
